                                    humility

             "be humble and never think that you are better than anyone else…for dust you are and to dust you will return. live in harmony with one another. do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position.  do not conceited.  do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceited.  rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interest of the others. why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. what is your life? you are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.  Instead you ought to say , “if it is the Lords will, we will live and do this or that.” as it is, you boast in your arrogant schemes.  all such boasting is evil.

             for by the grace given me i say to every one of you: do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with solar judgement, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each  of you.  for the Lord takes delight in his people; He crowns the humble with victory.  He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way.  let someone else praise you, and do not your own mouth; an outsider, and not your own lips. 

            in your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to His own advantage; rather, He made himself nothing by taking the very nature of servant, being made in human likeness.  and being found in appearance as a man, He humbled himself by becoming obedient to death – even on a cross! for all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted."

note: you will notice that only some of the words are being capitalize. the #5 blog is representation of being humble, which is almost all words are in lowercase... I encourage the writers to think and write differently....
